Accepting these terms
By using the service you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. When you create an account, you confirm that you accept these terms.
What the service is
- A free, single-player poker game played against computer opponents, with lessons, puzzles and practice tournaments.
- Play chips have no cash value. You cannot buy, sell, transfer, cash out or redeem play chips, XP, medals, avatars or any other in-game item.
- There are no deposits, purchases, entry fees, wagers or prizes. The service is not gambling and is not a real-money card room.
- Tournament registration screens and leaderboards are simulated or self-reported. They do not qualify you for anything.
- Success in the game does not mean you will win at real-money poker.
Who can play
You must be 18 or older to use the service. It is for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not use it where doing so would break the law that applies to you.
Accounts
You can play as a guest or create an optional free account.
- Choose a player name that is not your real name and is not offensive, misleading or someone else’s brand.
- Keep your password secret. Use one you don’t use anywhere else. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Password recovery is not available yet. If you lose your password, we may not be able to restore your account.
- One person per account. Don’t sell, share or transfer accounts.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen.
We may rename, suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. Where reasonable, we will tell you why in the game or by reply to your email.
Saved games and progress
We work hard to keep your saves safe, but the service is new and still changing. Saves, progress and cosmetic items may be reset, adjusted or lost, for example after a bug fix or a rules change.
Export a backup code for progress that matters to you. Backup codes are not secure or verified, and edited codes may be rejected.
Fair play and acceptable use
When you use the service, you must not:
- use bots, scripts or automated tools to play, collect content or send requests;
- attack, overload, probe or bypass the security of the service or its API;
- copy, modify or reverse engineer the game, except where Irish or EU law allows it;
- exploit bugs to manipulate scores or leaderboards (please report them instead);
- submit suggestions or player names that are unlawful, abusive, hateful or contain personal data;
- use the service for any commercial purpose, advertising or real-money betting arrangement.
Your suggestions and contributions
We love hearing from players. If you send us ideas, bug reports, artwork, rules or other contributions, you give us a free, worldwide, permanent licence to use, change and publish them as part of the service.
We do not have to use them, and we do not pay for them unless we agree otherwise in writing. Don’t send anything you are not entitled to share.
Our content
The game, its software, design, artwork, characters, guides and the FreePokerUSA.com name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to our pages and puzzles. Otherwise, please don’t copy or reuse our content without permission. Characters and city rooms are fictional.
A service in active development
We started building FreePokerUSA.com in mid September 2026. Features marked beta, preview or simulated may be incomplete. We may change, pause or withdraw any part of the service, including variants, rooms and accounts. If we plan to close the service or remove accounts, we will give reasonable notice in the game where we can.
Guides and learning content
Our lessons, guides, trainer and coaching tips are for education and entertainment. They are general information, not professional, financial or gambling advice.
Play for fun
Take breaks, and stop when it stops being fun. If gambling elsewhere is causing harm to you or someone close to you, free confidential help is available. Our responsibility to you
The service is free and provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that saves will never be lost.
We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss caused by your breach of these terms, or for business losses. Because the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to €100, to the extent the law allows.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Irish law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Our pages link to other websites, such as rules references and help services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the game before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

General
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms and the privacy notice are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. They are written in English.
