Yes. The table, lessons and Stars & Stripes Cup use play chips or practice XP. There are no deposits or cash prizes, and chips can't be withdrawn as money.

Do I need to download an app or sign up?

No download or registration is needed to play in your browser. An optional player account saves your practice activity across devices. Publishing a practice leaderboard score is a separate choice. An account isn't required for the game or lessons.

Am I playing against real people?

No. You play against computer opponents, not live human players. Heads-Up Duel has one opponent, City Sprint has two, and the six-seat formats have five. The player leaderboard is a separate, opt-in display of unverified practice scores.

Can I play on my phone?

Yes. The game is designed for a mobile browser. Use Menu to move between the lobby, table, lessons and tournament area. Decorative lobby motion respects your device's reduced-motion setting.

Can I stop and come back?

Yes. Signed-in players save their table, Cup and practice progress to their account and can continue on another device. Guest saves belong to this browser profile. Check the save status before leaving and keep a backup code for important progress. Practice saves are unverified and never qualify for prizes.

Where should a beginner start?

Try the skill academy or open the table tour from the lobby. Practice identifying the best five cards before worrying about clever bluffs. The chair isn't going anywhere.
